One of our Key Services over the years has been Concrete Rectification Works. Using modern technologies, equipment and construction methods we have been able to rectify severely damaged slabs for many of Australia’s Leading Logistic Companies such as TNT, Toll Group, Linfox, DHL, Hettich and Ceva.

Main Causes of Damage

• Movement in the sub-base soils over time causing concrete to move and often crack
• Excessive weight being applied to warehouse slabs, often found in large logistic warehouses, where shelving is stacked up high, apply excessive pressure and cause slabs to cracks and become uneven
• Lack of Expansion Joints where required (If concrete driveways are laid out, they will require considerable expansion joints in order to cope with the weight of heavy vehicles constantly driving over them)
• Physical damage (especially to concrete slabs in warehouses, due to forklifts)
• Poorly constructed concrete (often the concrete strength finish and thickness play a role in why they tend to crack under heavy use) Main Repairs Undertaken
